B.  Why the temple?

1.  Sailor Moon Fan

Somehow I managed to get hooked while watching a dubbed episode while channel flippin' a couple years ago.  I believe it was the episode with the standoff between Tux & the inner senshi vs. Rubeus & the 4 sisters.  I watched a couple more episodes that week, then did some looking around on the Internet and stumbled about the subbed Japanese episodes.  There was no turning back after that..  I've watched every episode and Sailor Moon has been my favorite show ever since.

2.  Webmaster

I've been developing web pages since 1993 and have been adding to or altering my own page all along.  I figured that I'd make a small section on my page dedicated towards promoting Bishojo Senshi Sailormoon.   At the time, I had no idea how many Sailor Moon websites there were.

3.  Something different to contribute

I quickly realized that I was not the only Sailor Moon fan while browsing countless related web sites all over the world.  Even my favorite Senshi (Mars & Jupiter) had sooooo many websites already.  I had to feel as if I was contributing something with my section, otherwise it is just wasted space among the masses of websites.  I looked at my favorite supporting characters (Naru & Unazuki) and chose Unazuki who I liked slightly more and who was the lesser-known of the two.

4.  Why not?

As good a reason as any.

1.  Should you try?

I've been on the newsgroups enough to know that people take their opinions (Sailor Moon or any topic) a bit too seriously sometimes.  

If you are hoping to start a flame war or to prove how incredibly knowledgeable you are by making ridiculously anal corrections to things that don't matter anyway, then you should not bother contacting me (I get to see your posts quite frequently on the newsgroups as it is).   Otherwise, I'd love to hear from you.

II.  My Opinions on Sailor Moon

A.  General Comments & Opinions

This is the Quick version.

• AFS-M = Good newsgroup which I enjoy a lot, despite the regular condescending  posts of a few overly-critical individuals.
• Anime = I'd likely be otaku if "real life" didn't prevent it.  In addition to BSSM, I also enjoy Mahou Kishi Rayearth, Tenchi Muyo, and others.
• Antimoonies = Misguided people in need of a beating, er uhmm, in need of help.
• Cosplay = Enjoy seeing cosplay pics/costumes.  I haven't tried it personally, though I can see myself doing it someday.
• Ecchi/Hentai  = Lewd/nude pictures of animated underage girls.?!  Uhh, No thanks.
• Manga = That would involve reading. *gasp*  I fully support any who enjoy it, but its not for me.
• Music = Love it.  Despite being a long-time heavy metal fan, I usually listen to more SM related music more than all other music combined.
• NA Dub = A pale comparison to the original for sure.  However, without it, I would never have known how great BSSM is.
• Otakuwars = Why?   ... zzz ...
• Seramyu = Oh yeah!  Awesome stuff.  

B.  Favorite/Least Favorite Characters

How much I like a given character increases or decreases somewhat nearly every time I see an episode, but this is how I would "rate" my favorite characters currently.
